How do I contact someone if I have a problem?

How do I check my balance?

You may check your credit balance from time to time by logging in to your account via our Top Up Page.
Alternatively, you may check your credit balance by calling our customer service department or dialling 124 from your C4C Mobile device.

I can't find my charity.

If your Charity isn’t listed on our Charities Page, you can still support it through our network, simply follow the instructions when ordering a Sim Card.

Can I keep / transfer my existing mobile number?

Of course, transferring your existing mobile number to C4C Mobile is easy. Just follow the simple steps below:

• Contact the Customer Services of your existing provider, tell them you wish to change provider and ask them for your PAC code, check with them that there is no charge for this.

• Once you receive your PAC code Contact C4C Mobile Customer Services and one of our Customer Representatives will help you to begin the transfer process.

• As soon as your number is live with C4C Mobile we will send you a text to let you know. In the mean time you can still use your C4C Mobile with the number that was originally provided.

Please note: C4C Mobile has porting arrangements established with the majority of UK mobile network providers. Please ask a Customer Service Representative which networks are enabled for porting when you call.

Which SIM Size do I need?

The SIM Size your device requires can be found in the handbook for your device, but you could always Contact Us if you’re unsure.

If you’re buying a device through our website and would like us to choose the correct SIM Size for the device(s) in your basket, please select the ‘Choose For Me’ option when placing your order.

How do I send an international text message from the UK?

C4C Mobile works in the same way as other mobile networks when it comes to sending international text messages. Simply text “00” followed by your country code, then your area code and then the phone number and press the dialler button. Instead of a “00” you can also use a “+”.

How do I make international calls?

When it comes to making international calls, C4C Mobile works in the same way as other mobiles or fixed line phones. Simply dial the number you need: “00” followed by your country code, then your area code and then the phone number and press the call button. Instead of a “00” you can also use a “+”.

Please note that most premium voice and text services in other countries cannot be reached from a mobile phone service when calling from outside of that country.

I've forgotten my PIN / PUK Code.

If you have activated your SIM PIN code and then entered the wrong PIN code into your C4C Mobile device three times, your SIM card will automatically lock. In this case you must enter your PUK code.

Your PUK code is displayed on the SIM card holder that came in your starter pack. Please retain it for safe keeping.

If not, please call our Customer Services team on 01304 897 655 and our team will help you resolve the issue.

My handset seems to be locked.

If your mobile phone screen shows any of the following when you first put your C4C Mobile SIM into your phone: ‘blocked’, ‘barred’, ‘incorrect SIM’ or ‘SP lock’, your mobile may be locked to another network. There are a number of ways to unlock your phone – just call our Customer Services team on 01304 897 655 for expert advice.

How do I check my bundle balance?

You may check your bundle balance by dialing 1870 from your C4C Mobile SIM card, this will send a system message back to your device with your remaining minutes, text message allowance (see our fair usage policy for more info) and data for the 30 day period you have paid for. It will also provide you with an ‘end’ date to advise when you should next top up to avoid any unnecessary service disruptions!

I wish to support a new charity.

In order for you to change your chosen charity we require;
Your name + Mobile Phone Number & A fully registered UK charity.

You can do this via email: info@c4cmobile.com or by dialing our Customer Services department on 128 free from your C4C Mobile sim.
