Restart Rugby

Restart Rugby

Formerly known as The RPA Benevolent Fund, Restart Rugby was founded in 2001 to support professional players forced to retire through illness or injury. They provide financial and practical support to players and their families during difficult times, including helping with medical costs, counselling, rehabilitation equipment, education and career transition. In 2013, Restart Rugby became the RPA’s (Rugby Player’s Association) official charity, therefore receiving more help as well as more players to work with. This Charity has many influential people involved with them, including: Lawrence Dallaglio OBE and Chris Robshaw, as rugby ambassadors; as well as MasterChef Presenter and former rugby player, Gregg Wallace, and TV Radio Presenter, Dermot O’Leary as celebrity supporters. www.restartrugby.org.uk
